Maintain contact with customers
large and small companies often lack liaise with existing customers, and yet, consider this:
1. Your customers are "Bombarded almost daily by your competitors who can avoid them by force to push even the most loyal;
2. If you want that there is a buzz about your company, you have to remind you;
3. Customers know you only for the service they received but could not know anything about the rest;
4. A company shall not cease to exist in the mind of the consumer;
5. Any company needs to periodically transmit the information.
The possible solution: a regular newsletter. It should contain a main article, promotional inserts about your services and products, useful information, anniversaries, events. It is a small magazine. May consist of an A4-sided printing on an office printer. Also create an electronic version to put on your website and sent via mail.
