Change your life
Let's face it, who among us has not thought at least once wanted to change his life altogether? In bad times and sad we all have the strength to start again, but things do not really know that to happen. I really do not think there's a recipe for taking this step, but I can give you some tips that helped me to make a change to my days, to make them richer in meaning least.
Step 1: Donate, donate, donate. A donation to charity to help us feel more important in the world. There are many associations that give the right to give freely, without constraints of altitude. Many times we feel powerless in the face the great tragedies of the world, one day we would drop everything and go to Africa to help the next day the feel of not being able to even get out of bed. But to make a donation to charity is no act that we can all do, without feeling the weight of a big commitment. I personally have chosen the association Emergency , you are free to choose the cause you like best. But, please, documentatevi well on the seriousness of the initiative.
Step 2: Sort your stuff: drawers, old papers. Review the receipts of the past evokes many emotions hidden, and remember, always think that the old days are even better times. It will give you a feeling of substantial satisfaction with what has been your past life, and instill confidence in future life.
Step 3: Reflecting on their religiosity. It 'important to have a religious conscience, to establish fixed points in this regard. Step 6: Think about your hobbies . try to think about what you really wants to do. Remember that in life we \u200b\u200bare all destined to do the work of our dreams. but if you really have a dream it can always remain our main hobby. Have you always dreamed of being writers, but now you find yourself enrolled in the faculty of mathematics? Who cares, you can write the same in your free time, even if little. No work can deprive us of our hobbies . Be realistic and be able to forego the dream is now lost big symptom of maturity, but give up a pleasure life does not help us going forward, makes it even more difficult.
