I like to think that the best help you can give people is to make them "think with their head." Because of this simple phrase repeated at times without giving it its true value, for me captures the essence to achieve the true freedom of man.
As long as we allow this and exploited, there can be a better world for us all.
So my exhortation is to become aware of us as thinking beings, so to distinguish the things given to us by those who really need for our improvement and growth.
Only by using the intellect we can get out of this slavery, otherwise we will be condemned by our own ignorance of what others will play for their own gain.
