Perhaps, but while the world is drifting, I want to express my sympathy for the man who succeeds - the man who, against all odds, has directed the efforts of other individuals and, having had success in this, is that there is no fruit, only bones and clothes. I worked as a clerk and as an employer, and I know that there are things to be said for both sides. But poverty is not synonymous with virtue. And not all employers are rapacious and oppressive, as not all poor people are virtuous. My heart beats for the man who does his work diligently not only when the head is present, but also when it is not. And the man who, when he was given a letter for Garcia, quietly takes the missive, without asking stupid questions, with no intention of throwing it into the nearest sewer, and without doing anything other than deliver it, never shall be dismissed, nor should it go on strike for higher wages. Human civilization is nothing other than the anxious search for these individuals. They will always get what they want. These men are wanted in every city, town and village - in every office, shop and factory. The world needs it, and it desperately needs - people are able to deliver a message to Garcia.
